Facilities at Laurel Mill LodgeWhether you are looking for a quiet place to get away alone, or space for a wedding or a company retreat or training workshop, you have come to the right place. Two types of cabins as well as camping space afford a variety of overnight accommodations and a range of prices. A large meadow nestled in the valley between redwood covered slopes is an inspiring setting for concerts, weddings and other ceremonies.
The lodge itself houses a large conference/banquet room with two side rooms and adjacent decking. A spacious kitchen accommodates caterers for large groups as well as cooking for individuals using the cabins. Other amenities include a
large hot tub located under the trees along the creek, and a sauna
inside the lodge. A permanent fire ring on the meadow is available for
cooking or campfire.
Hiking along the creek bed takes the visitor through miles of nearly
untouched wilderness. Wildlife abounds, and each season has its own
wild flowers. The extensive forest and mountainous terrain screens out
traffic noise, so that the sound of the running creek and the birds are
all that is heard. Even late night festivities here are
neighborhood-friendly.
